28 SEPTEMBER – LAST EVENT OF THE SEASON
Bomba dance class and LIVE musical performance appearance coming to the LAST Salsa at the Square of 2023 courtesy of All Out Danza and Los Hijo ‘e Plena. Join us on 28 September from 6-9pm at The Rockville Town Square!
- 6:00pm: DJ Music starts with Sponsor and Partner Showcase with Franco Saladino, Nathan Fitzgerald, Cultura Plenera, Defensores de la Cuenca and So What Else.
- 6:30pm: Salsa and Bomba Dance class with Live Music!
- 7:00pm to 9pm: Latin Party
Learn some fabulous dance moves and put them to practice in the energetic and vibrant Rockville Town Square. Start your weekend with a refreshing night-out with Latin dance classes followed by DJ music for all to dance away and recharge. This, while also savoring tremendous offerings from the restaurants and bars at the Square.
Our event features a Music and Open-Floor / Community Meet & Greet warm-up followed by a FREE Salsa Dance Class (all-levels welcome) during the Summer early evening hours. Following, two full-hours of Open Social Dancing for all at no charge.
It is a great opportunity to learn the foundation, as well as a social combination of this popular dance in a welcoming and fun format. It’s great for anyone with basic or no knowledge of this rhythm and dance.
