We take pride in serving customers in the widest swath of income, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds in our area — and we love it. Hundreds around you have experienced it, see for yourself, we invite you to join our movement.

Based in Potomac, MD, we provide the ample and diverse populations of the Northern Washington DC, North Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg and Silver Spring communities with authentic, community-focused, and remarkably welcoming venues in which to learn, grow, and become exposed Latin forms of dance and music arts via social dance lessons and local events.

We offer private dance instruction, group classes, specialized workshops, social events, and community outreach engagements. We have facilities to support rehearsals, and promote the growth of local artists who are well aligned with our vision and can enrich our company’s offerings.

SALSA AT THE SQUARE

From local dance events to put dance moves into practice in a social setting, a refreshing night-out with Latin dance classes followed by DJ music for all to dance away and recharge, to a dance and cultural immersion experience in Puerto Rico. All Out Danza takes pride in developing events that welcome all in an inclusive and safe environment.

La Placita Dance Studio

All Out Danza provides expert and authentic Latin social dance instruction where inclusiveness and active social engagement serve as foundation to achieve our customer’s goals. Private or group class series at various levels and with different areas of focus. Offering include specialized workshops and master classes on Latin Dances and Puerto Rican Folklore for Social and Stage Performances.

Instruction is centered on individualized attention to an integrated student(s) and instructor relationship that shapes the evolving dance learning process.

Víctor and All Out Danza plan and host Community, Corporate, and Private Events that promote the Latin culture, arts, and its music. Our engagements range from social ice-breakers via entry-level classes, to full event hosting with tailored Master of Ceremony(MC), dance group lessons, and Latin-inspired DJ music.

About Us

All Out Danza provides expert and authentic Latin social dance instruction where inclusiveness and active social engagement are the primary focus. Company owner, Víctor Hugo Maysonet has over 30 years of experience as a professional dancer and instructor, and operates a home-based business in Potomac, MD. 

Born in the island of Puerto Rico, I was raised surrounded and influenced by music and dances. I experienced culture and artistic traditions through my family, school, music on the radio and festivals in the town plazas.

Professionally trained and mentored by many of the original instructors who pioneered the transition of Salsa from the streets to the studios and stage, I am a member of the first generation of instructors and choreographers who began the evolution and introduction of this neo genre to the Salsa conferences and festivals around the globe. As a father of two, the idea that current and future generations might not have the opportunity to be surrounded by these elements ignites the pursuit to impact others through dancing at a broader scale.
